I think i can join a ru moderation team. In ru country we have enough amount of toxic players, also russian "moderation culture" isn't high enough, I mean, if someone break rules common tactic is revenge or ignore, instead of vote ban, in rarest cases someone can report it to DS, also, very high amount of fv, flaming, insulting, some hate-speech, another toxic things, and all it in ru lang, other moders cannot translate and moderate ru speech. So, cus i old enough, play a lot and can understand and write on en and ru is my main language i can join as another ru moderator.

I'm live in Russia, Moscow, temporally in Ufa (Russia), 20 y.o., My activeness is very vary, can be in DDNet (and DS) 5-7 hours in a week, can be here 40+ hours in a week. I started playing in 2017, but in 2017-2021 not very active, since may 2021 I started playing consistenly ~ every week. I have only one main IGN - Ham5terzilla, played a little, lesser than month in total, on other nicknames, my fake nicknames, fun nicknames, etc. Discord: "Ham5terzilla (Макс)#4319"

I would like to try to reduce the percentage of toxic players. Also, of course, I would not allow blockers to violate. Some players believe that they will never be punished, they believe that everything is possible for them. They do not really want to listen to the player, but I think they will listen to the words of the moderator. However, they will no longer have a choice. Or get on the path of correction in the future, or receive a portion of bans.

+9999. I often see him helping newbies on the maps. I think he is good future moderator. To me, he looks like very kind and trustworthy person

I know him and I can say he isn't toxic and could help moderate quite well. 9 potatoes out of 10 (can be nub sometimes)

+1 He is really good man, who helping new players (not like just drag they, he try to teach they). I would be glad to see him on the list of moderators

A good person, I think that the moderator will be good, friendly and I have seen many times how he helps beginners. I think he can handle his plans. I think he's trustworthy. :3 +1

He is the one of thous tees who could be called a role model in this game ethics domain. I believe he starve to be quite a nice moderator.

Totally agree! We just need some fresh moderation on RUS servers. So many beginners face blockers and nothing they can do against them. Last time I've seen moders on Russian novice servers was like a couple years ago. But Ham5terzilla is the guy that we need. I don't know him closely but every time I see him on servers (like every day) he comes across as a very kind and friendly person. I think he can handle server moderation. And I believe that one day Russian servers will become more friendly and less toxic.

+1. I recommend Ham5terzilla as a moderator because he is adequate enough for this role. He is able to teach and help any beginner, always follows the rules. I believe that it is he who is needed on the ru server in the form of a moderator

+1 constantly posting useful/detailed #reports and should just be able to handle them himself at this point
