Put afk players to spectator mode after voting for map

its annoying when every server is full and you find one server which have 1 person who is afk on it and you have no choice but to use that server, and when you change map to random unfinished you get a gay map that no one really plays so when u want to change the map again.. you cant... because that afk player is not on afk mode even tho he was afk before the vote... and now you have to wait till he go afk again.
this one of the most annoying things on ddnet, afk players hogging the servers
so why not:
automatically put all afk players on spectator mode after voting for map
i believe spectators cant vote so this seems the most easiest way to solve the problem

Why not join an empty server?

I think the problem is that players are basically rejoining when a new map is loaded, and thus they count as fresh players too. We'd have to consider new players as afk. (Maybe that's ok?)

if im correct if you first enter a server you'll have the server info show up in your screen and you will be on afk(sleeping mode)until the thing is removed . so why not make it permanent until the person moves

oh i was wrong it will only be afk for a few mili seconds when connecting

Maybe it's the timeout protection messages that cause the un-afk. I'll check
