New feature preview: LIVE freeze

Hello everybody,
after some days thinking and coding, I've implemented the LIVE FREEZE into DDnet
.
Live-frozen tees cannot move/jump, but can use weapons and hook.
This feature allow the REVERSE HAMMERFLY!!!
Video+Demo attached (webm video cannot be attached directly, I had to zip it)
Cosmetic details has been added too: smoky frozen tee and blinky eyes, but will not be available on old DDnet client.
Live freeze featured server/map and the demo can be played with current DDnet version, but enities and cosmetic details will not be available.
Please write if you are interested in having this code imported into official DDnet.
