It's not unreasonably faily, It just punishes careless play. If you play the parts the way they are supposed to be played, there are teleports on all parts that you could fail for reasons other than not being careful or using your brain. I understand that this map is difficult to test, but that's no reason to just decline it like this. There have been multiple maps on DDNet that have been unfinished for a long time, so "nobody will be able to finish it" is not an excuse for decline either.

The Map is not too faily, the problem I had with the map were the drag-through parts, again great "reason" for reject!
"Too faily" is obviously again a subjective thing and therefore should fit in the "fun" category and not "playability"..
Please learn to use your rating system correctly
