i played it, but it sucks, should not be released with out much improvements. if fixed moderate 4*?

Sorry this map isn't good enough to be released. Too basic parts, too tight and bad mapped. I guess it's your first map so it's normal that it's not that good. You should learn the mapping techniques and then try to come up with new, interesting parts. You should also read the Mapper Rules, Section Rules and the Tutorial Section.
