if friend change clan he is offline
not a bug, it's an intended feature

if you where willing to do your own research you cloud have easily found this own your own
cl_friends_ignore_clan 1 (Ignore clan tag when searching for friends)
remember clan is optional anyway.
don't be so lazy, try to solve your own question first! use
https://ddnet.tw/settingscommands/ to see every command & Tab in Console(F1) to scroll though them.

Hm i think defaut settings clan ignored.

your wrong/incorrect, default value is false/off/0.
