since the noob skin is cool and has no creator (
https://ddnet.tw/skins/index.php?search=noob) and i like the default skin so i just combined them. add it to the database please ^^

This is actually better than the original noob skin, and i'd rather add this and delete the old one, but I can't.
And I don't like the skin, you need to ask other sdbcms opinion.
