As you can see by the "User" picture, lola is just a normal player and not a moderator or anything else. He's just trolling you.

This looks like a firewall problem, specifically UDP not going through. Try from another computer, try in another network, try with all other software turned off.

Yeah working with another network, used my phone's network, I spoke to the ISP, they said one of their services was under ddos and could effect internet, and some to many ports... So yeah.. fun
