Hastag "#" using on mapnames

Ok i trying to be a lil bit understandable. :P

It's all happent when i posted a new background for people in the forum, and i want to test it how is it works really. The first thing i expected is, i can't open the mapfile ingame. (but it works on map editor.) In F2 console, i wrote everything write, but nothing will happen. I thought the hastag is all problem about it, so i changed the mapfile's name and deleted the hastag on it. After that, everything works well. Sooo... i tried to figure out what things will happen if i use # in Teeworlds. Actually i found 2 bugs and there was the first of the 2.
The second bug i noticed or actually i did smth wrong, is the entities background. I think i found a weird glitch what if you use a mapfile which hastag exist on the mapfile's name, the entities off screen will be buggy and laggy at the same time when you use it.
Kinda 80% of people dont knew this will happen. So that means, you can't write everyting as a mapfile name. There is a way to fix this? (or these.... idk there is more characters which it works like the hastag...)

interestingly Pound/Number/Hash-Tag "signs" seems to have strange affects in BBcode, [b]Pound signs should look like this text #[/b] becomes Pound signs should look like this text #
# Hash sign without any BBcode
# Pound sign with Bold
# Pound sign with underline
# Pound sign italic

i suggest you don't use them is there is a choice, there are just to much trouble.

Also calling them HASTAG makes me hate humanity, just call them number sign, hash, or pound sign, so people who use proper terminology, understand you...

The # symbol is probably recognized as a comment sign, so everything behind will be ignored.
I quickly tested it with renaming a few maps, seems like you can use the hash when writing the map name in quotes. So in other words, you have to tell teeworlds that it's part of the name and therefore change_map "#map" works fine on homeserver. The same should be true for the entites background in settings.

So like "Lockdown #By mokuz"
And then just "change_map Lockdown" and it just works?

No, you should only quote the actual map name, so change_map "Lockdown #By mokuz" in f2 should work :)

i see also i used "Test" instead of TEST
