Application as an ingame mod on RUS

Hello, I'm from Russia and I want to become a moderator on RUS-servers. I’m 19 years old. Russian is my mother-tongue. My English is not so good, and I know Spanish a little. I have been playing on DDnet since 2015/02, the experience of playing 6 years, but I did a break in TeeWorlds for half a year, but now I'm back. Here a lot has changed over this time, for example, RUS servers now don’t have moderators, and it's sad. It infuriates to see on the servers in /team 0 bots and blockers, which no one can kick - that's why I want to become in game moderator RUS. In 2015, I created my block server with a CloudsBlock map on Russian hosting firstvds (I don't advise it xD) with an average online of 22-26 people per day, so I know what it means to be a moderator ^ _ ^. Now I'm playing in TW game for 5-6 hours a day. I know almost all top players on RUS servers, have helped to familiarize dozens of novice plrs to DDnet, as an unknown good-natured man once helped me xD (unfortunately I’ve forgot his nickname.) I have no Skype and Discord at the moment, but I have a Telegram and VK.
I think that's it, I hope you don't reject my application, because Russian servers really need moderators (and more than only one). If you do not know me, then probably you can make sure that I really have a serious approach to this game by the way of looking at my tested maps list, and in my yt-channel where I spend quite a lot of time on the selection of gamegraphics, music, assembling.
