when we change maps servers goes offline

in persian server when we vote for a new map we disconnect from ther server and server goes offline(gets unreachable)
As you can see here Persian server had no internet connection at the time of your post: https://ddnet.tw/stats/server/#irn.ddnet.tw
DDNet Persian uses an external SQL server, so it can't really function without access to the general internet. I see that https://git.io/vBeLA was just merged, so maybe this can be used to improve the situation a bit, HMH should know.
