I think that the background is annoying at some point. Whenever I jump/doublejump it feels as if I was jumping 100 metres in the air, making it pretty strange; I would change the Y-para. The same is for the sun. When you are at the same height as the sun and jump you are above it, as if it was no sun but a balloon. I know that TW is not supposed to be realistic, but for me it definitely was annoying. I'd be interested what others think about the BG. It looks nice, but feels like a trampoline.
And the second thing is that there are massive ways to improve the gameplay. The map is extremely unfriendly towards noobs and people who aren't familiar with it. One major problem for me is that near the centre are 2 big holes with very few hook tiles. Just remember how often people fall to deatch in ctf5 and now imagine your map. I would add more platforms in general. And another problem is that the roof is so much above the ground that it's often barely reachable if you don't use rocket and it also promotes camping, just waiting for someone to pass by and BAM, kill him. I tried it and it's almost impossible to kill someone hooking the roof when you are on the ground, because the grenades need like 2 secs to get up (at some places). It's also very hard to evade shots. There are almost no places that give you some cover.
So basically what I thought about
-> make background more static?
-> add more platforms or make them bigger
-> lower the gap between roof and ground
-> add some cover so you can evade grenades
