Connection Problems

Hey guys! Ive got a problem. Every time I play teeworlds (on the DDNet client btw) my screen freezes about every 15 seconds and I have connection problems. What could be the problem?

That happened in my old computer , i tried all but anything work.

1.Maybe your internetline is to unstable?
2. Did you set your Security Level on 2 or 1? Because then your ip changes every few moments and it comes to delays.
