I played your map, it's overall not too bad, but a big majority of the parts are very generic. The design while also pretty generic looks alright, but there are a few oddities as jao mentioned.

I don't think this map is innovative enough to be released.

Good map, nothing very special but there are a good flow with good parts. Maybe add speeder to part telecp8 to put it unfaily ? Favorable to release.

Too many doodads try to give it a more "natural" aspect. The background #3design/bg is confusing, darken it so we can tell the difference between foreground and background. Does Cooldown have a meaning, I can't relate the map and its name.

its just a minor cheat since finish is near, just want to mention to keep an eye out for cheats like this in general, it can break a map

Declined due to too low creativity rating. You need to improve that aspect if you want to have the map released, but it wouldn't hurt to improve it in all other criteria as well.
