Can you describe exactly what is confusing? (and please precise what is an entity for you: in DDNet it's any tile, while in TeeUniverse, it correspond to server entities (spawn and pickup, but not solid/freeze/death tiles, which are called "zones")
Skeletal animations let you do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3REunBvteU , which is more or less what I'm trying to implement in TeeUniverse. Once it will be done, you will be able to create tees that dance in the map or a giant spider that move in the background

I have a brilliant idea. Make an entities tile when you touch that, an animation what you choised, starts to the end. Possible sir? :/

A quick screenshot of the new animation system (sorry for the ghost of the screenshot app )
The new element is the bottom panel. It contains a timeline (you can move the time cursor where you want), a key frame list for both position and color, and a key frame editor (to change the position/rotation/color for a selected frame). There is several differences with vanilla/DDNet editor:
- The value of the frame is no more displayed in the key frame list. Instead, only the type of the transition (smooth, linear...) is shown as a curve.
- Both color and position animations are merged in an unique entity.
- You can zoom and move the time
- You can toggle the type of the animation: loop (like vanilla) or clamped
- If your animation is a loop, you can see the repetition in the timeline and select/move/edit any key frame. All "instance" of the repeated frame will be edited in the same time. You can see in the screenshot that I've selected one of the two keyframe of the animation.
