The command in F1 is called: inp_mousesens 30 <-- change this number
If you want to bind it: bind x inp_mousesens 30
But then you need another bind to change back. I'm sure there is a better method where you just need 1 key, but I don't know it.

Well, If you use ddnetclient, use the toggle function.
"Bind [Key] toggle inp_mousesens 6 30"
Just Press the key & it will switch over.
