Merit list to qualify for a in-game position
There seem to have been a lot of complaining about the time it takes to get a reply on "in-game position applications".
So I have a suggestion, why not make a merit list of qualifications for every in-game position?
This might prevent unqualified people to apply for big posts, which would contribute to less "unqualified" applications.
Now I am not suggesting that we should have less in-game positions, I just think that this would make applications more likely to actually go through.

It differs from place to place because you need feedback from that specific country server not all the people know about the forum and some country's have less players daily
So the amount of variables is to high to actually give a good list of things because every place is different and needs different things

That is very few "variables" in my opinion. If it differs from place to place, just put a "we need x and y for z region" and so on? And this: "not all the people know about the forum", how else would the apply for a in-game position if not on the forum? I do not agree with you, sorry :/stompie wrote:It differs from place to place because you need feedback from that specific country server not all the people know about the forum and some country's have less players daily
