This might be the cheat?
I don't see any other possibility (maybe there is a wrong teleporter somewhere)

It definitely is a cheated rank, there is no possibility that this time is doable.
Welf's screenie looks like a possible spot, but maybe we can further confirm this before uploading a newer version.

Checked the map a bit. Even if he did what Welf means, the time is still imposible.

No, that way impossible, you can thru tele only with Ninja or diagonal
