Cant conect to any servers

Hi everyone. So i bought a new pc and now when i open ddnet my internet crashes until i close the game and i also cant conect to servers. i think its the firewall but i dont know how to fix it. Please someone help me. im form latin america if it is of any use

In that window click on Publica for ddnet.exe and acceptar. Try to disable the firewall to see if it really is the cause of the problem.
