i literally says in the first post
I created this topic to find out who's the most succesfull mapper at the moment. I'm just curious and im sure some others are too. You can find all mappers in the votes with their maps released since 01.12.2016 until 31.12.2017.
the choice is weird yes but it's still mentioned

Don't know maybe he has a bad maps, but all what i saw is pretty good. "Increase" my favorite one
