Design for my map: GD - Paris level

This is the first time when i need some help about make a design of this map...
I started the project in 15. of march and i just need somebody can make a good texturepack for this map.
I just put an example picture.

Don't do a 6mb map, probably we wont release it

server fits < 3gb just saying a bigger map cant be ran on a server

mmmmmm. :/ well thats a problem. two options:
-make a new project (i think thats the correct think about this problem ;x)
-or make the map 3 mb (impossible but i try)
