ya happened to me, but can considering DNSBL stands for: Domain Name System Based List, or what ever, i'd say it's a feature, not a bug. although it sucks. hope fully they remove or fix it, should not be hampering us form using the game as we did.

That occured for every player on one server only after a new dummy map got released if I recall correctly. Kicking players on dummy maps is not very purposeful unless the server is full and they're blocking a slot by being afk.
