team disabled

Why are teams disabled on ger2?

The servers had a bug related to team finishes today. I fixed the bug and updated the servers. Servers with people on them couldn't be restarted immediately because of ongoing races. So instead I disabled teams on the servers which were still running the old version. Once they automatically restart when they're empty it should be gone.
