Weird ping

Since 2 days i got this weird thing with my ping. Normaly it is around 20-30 but on some of the GER servers it is 70, and stays like that.
It even gets more weirder. Sometimes when i am on a server, where i get a ~25 Ping, and connect my dummy, my ping stays at 25 and my dummy got a constaintly 70 ping.

Its not that big of a problem but it gets sometime annoying.

It means that someone, most likely your ISP but maybe also some other node inbetween you and the server, is proritizing packets by port. You can complain to your ISP about that by telling them our server IP address and port, protocol UDP, and the ports that your client is using (can probably find them through netstat).
