Cant connect Ger server

Cant connect Ger server

I tried to play ddrace on Ger server but when i connect it just says"connecting" and nothing happens. Everything is fine with Rus server momentally joins, but Ger is connecting infinitely until 100 sec not active. My ping is usually 40 on Ger. The problem is not in my internet. Idk what to do.

As every day for the last few years, server is under DoS attack.
