What if some attacker figures out that they can also use ; to concatenate commands and call themselves //Alex\\;timeout me?

I don't know if i must laugh or not.. just write space + player name or "/w playername text". For god's sake, you have fingers.. then use your fucking fingers to press on your keyboard.

you could play as (1)//Alex\\, as annoying as it is then you won't have to rename everytime you're going to play ddrace.. and your points could be moved to that name

Why do you tell me in private that deen's decision sucks and agree that there are way better solutions, just to tell in public that deen is right?
Maybe you should try to make sure improvements will be made, instead of agreeing to ban people, cause their name?

well the way it was done is obviously not the best since it ruins some players as we can see here, but there are reasons as to why it was done this way..
and it's not about being right or wrong, deen even stated in his post that if somebody comes up with a better solution he'd gladly take it
