I've just finished a map: NOO! (9 points)
but points was not counted on my total.

2016-01-25 20:41: Naufrage 3 (139:56)

Points (last week)
684. with 24 points

but Naufrage 3 is 24 points, NOO is 9 points (not counted).

Then scrool until Moderate Server:
Noo! is among Unfinished maps.

This is a server error or what?
I think this is not the first time it happen.

Why correct result was not giver instantly?

You don't even want to know how DDNet's database works. It's possible that this was just a database problem, maybe because the map was just released, maybe because RUS server is having trouble right now. The important part is, when your map is listed as finished, it will give points sooner or later.
