I wanted to offer money to the project, but I can't. To me 3 times to terminals were necessary to run (because 3 services), and every time there was no service. From the Russian players there would be more donations (more precisely, they would appear). Amaterasu, those are mainly local services. And paypal and other are global. It's probably complicated for ddnet to manage many local services.
Anyway, it easy to donate with paypal from Russia if you have a credit/debit card. And if you don't, you can register a virtual card on qiwi wallet or yandex.money.
Then you'll need to add the card to your paypal account and you are able to donate.

i found out the same problem, if you are not used to these services then it is almost impossible to send some money or it going to takes a hour or more and that is not what i want from a "quick"donation.
