Wrong Map Categories

Just a small thing but dummy maps are still in the category Brutal, Moderate (depending on the difficulty) on the mapper list

It may be a lot of work but dunno if it's worth fixing it.

For reference, remove releases and run scripts/build-releasedates.sh after adding a new server type.

btw, i did finished map Green Dream by Knight:3 on ddmax server, but in list: https://ddnet.tw/ranks/ddmax/
Map is not exist also i did not got pts for this.
