This is most definitely not caused by the ddnet.tw server. You're connecting through a proxy, maybe your provider does that transparently for you or maybe you have some malware on your system. You can try to clean your browser cache, try another browser or even another computer.
You could also try with https, for example https://ddnet.tw/players/sorgaxD
