Well I say Mariac would do well in a helper/moderator position. Even though its a low player base, we need some moderation. Even though i rarely play anymore, when i do, i still find trolls and annoyances. So it would be nice to have an active player that can help diffuse a situation.
Also, i havent seen Mariac ever take sides, so i am sure he is able to look at things objectively.

It doesnt work like you said... Mods/helpes have to know the people and if you're playing rarery, you dont know ddnet community well... you just can't appreciate the environment properly.

I was the most active player for a while so i do generally know the behavior that goes on. And when i do join servers i see the same issues arise. We have absolutely no mods. So one will benefit the community.

Don't know. On rus we have only 1 mod and 2 helpers. We use our rcon 1-2 times in a month as a maximum

And we use it 0 times a month. I'm not saying he should use it every day all the time. Only when necessary.
