Apply Mod on Zcatch

Ok first of all somebody knows, somebody no, that i made last year a post about "Apply as moderator by me" and that was pretty much said on this own that i was not supposed to be a good moderator. Things has changed a lot, now i do take every responsibility on my back if something bad happens by me. So let's begin!
My name is Adrian Kovacs, but everyone know me as Cellegen.
Im 16 years old actually and i will be 17 at Ninth of Juny (19.06.2018)
I was born on Hungary, but i actually live in Austria.
Im a very nice player if i could say that, because i always tried to make friends and speak a lot about good things.
Im an expert Teeworlds gamer, so i could help with guides for begginers if they ask something that they cant understand how or why it works.
Im active everyday from 2-3 PM to 8-9 PM (Europe timeline

Why im supposed to be a Moderator?
-The thing is, i only want to use Moderate power on DDNet Zcatch servers for take under control everything in a good meaning.
-I would warning every player who's breaking rules at least 3 times. After that i should just simply kick him if he continues insulting gameplay or people.
-If i see that somebody hacks and most of people accepts the solution, i would automaticly ban for 1 hour. Not more, not less.
-I would stop every funvote made by funvoters or toxic (aka troll) players.
So all in one: Im totally sure that i can be a good moderator if you guys give me one chance. No second chance, only one. That's what i only want. Thank you for reading this and have a nice day people!
