People who write like this are cleary not mature enough. Also you already gave enough reasons in your own post, why you shouldn't be Mod.
If writing classical english without internet slang and crazy shortforms like "some1" is required for being mod on ddnet then i am probably not suited for it. But is it? Im mature enough to detect funvotes and we really need more people doing it. I am not applying as mod because i want to show how eloquent i can use the english language or being the best mod, i apply because i want to improve the voting situation.
I didn't say a Mod needs to be the most correct and polite English speaker of the world. However, a Moderator is supposed to be taken serious by the players, but they won't do so if a Moderator articulates like a 12-year old. This is not common "internet slang", it's "kiddie slang".

Anyway, it is weird that after you failed to convince QshaR to remove votes completely, you now try to push your own agenda at DDNet.

Yes, Sure? What is weird about it? I don't like getting kicked (or mostly mapvoted on QshaR) and i also don't like getting kicked on DDNet. And i see some players suffering from the problem too. So why is it weird if i want to make a change? I became more active on ddnet and i got kicked after 1 hour of race and my team finished a insane map without me and that motivated me to try to fix the issue here too.

Would it be less weird if i ignore something that bothers me on QshaR on ddnet?

Im not saying i get kicked because i am fame ._.
It happens a lot to me. If it doesn't happen a lot to you, i am happy for you.
The guy who recently kicked me keept voting far tees in the race for hours. I wasn't the first and the last who was kicked this day.

Im big enemy of bans votes and kicks. And very unhappy with the current situation.
You started your application with this. I think people can hold this opinion without being a mod. This part should not be included (by you or considered (by the current admins) for new mods.

Im not very active in forum and im not 24/7 online on the servers. My language might be childish i get angry and im emotional.
I talk a lot and sometimes a lot of shit.
A big -1 here--and this is the make or break point. Also, you can rephrase your activity by answering the question "How long can you be active on the server each week?" directly and of course, it goes for rest of the questions there as well. Getting childish + angry + emotional is pretty much an automatic disqualification from a moderator position.

I'm sure the admins won't accept this application. I have nothing against you personally, but this application doesn't make a very convincing case.

A guy who's trying to hurt ddnet since years and published secret maps should shut the fuck up before talking about anyone.

Just because i was mod i don't play the good guy like everyone else do it. 50% of them flame too, but not official and only per /w and ofc never in discord or forum. The other 50% are just inactive. When i was online i was always there to solve problems - while other mods on the server ('back in time' situation) was running with their team and didn’t gave a fuck about team 0 or funvotes.

yes because abusing "security problems" to kill dozens of players who never asked for anything is a great way to punish the retarded staff, while showing that his priority is to help ddnet :D :D :D
don't change your logic :D
