Application as Moderator for GER servers

Hello everyone,
my ingame name is ezy and now i play ddnet for a little more than half a year and mostly I play moderate maps. I am 17 years old and live in germany so i can speak german, but since i lived in the USA for 4 years I can also speak good english. I am also very active on the DDNET discord, but i am not very active on the forum but i can easily change this. Also I frequently use Skype and Teamspeak. Apart from racing i love to play on block and play gores servers to increase my skills ;D. Daily I play AT LEAST xDD 3 hours, but weekly I really don't know it varies so much (35h minimal I guess). I do not have any experience in teeworlds moderation.
Ingame I have never been banned or kicked, but my rights to post reactions have been taken away from ddnet discord once.(Jao it still wasnt me xD).
So I want to become a moderator because of the following reasons:
-I often see moderators not doing anything ._____.
-I see funvotes on pretty much every server, even if moderators are on that server (there are even people using votebots ._.)
-also there are so many blockers and I do not respect these players. I am a blocker myself but I do not abuse these skills on race servers, so i cannot understand why they have to. DDNET says to join team instead, but often there are players that just aren't so good that no one wants them in team :/ or a lot of brutal maps you don't always have enough people to just join team so you play with randoms instead in team 0.
-also there are chat trolls talking ****, annoying other players. I think cursing is ok for the teeworlds community, because thats just how it is xD, but for instance telling other players that they are bad i don't think this is ok (often even leads to players leaving others behind)
