Application as USA Moderator

Hello everyone, my name used to be haisito! but it is now W'. I have noticed that there are currently no moderators for DDnet USA servers, and there are some problems happening due to the lack of one. I am applying because id like to help fix some of these problems in any way I can.
Some problems:
1) Fun voting - as of recently, this has been a major problem on the DDnet servers. People target others and if they don't want a certain person there, everyone will fun vote them off a server.
2) Blocking - people have been blocking start lines and parts. I understand that teaming could help with this, but for people racing in team 0 this ruins the experience of the game.
3) Botting - the USA community is filled with bots to help with edges and such. I feel as if this is unfair to the people who work hard to finish maps they want ranks on.
4) One "problem" that I do not think is a problem is being rude/swearing/arguing with others. I feel like this is a part of the game and should be resolved between them without interference, unless it leads to a votekick or block.
How I can help:
Id like to try utilizing a "3 strike system". If I see something that prevents another player from playing or is unfair to others trying to race, I will give a warning. If this continues, I will recommend a vote kick. If it goes further, then i will use the power I have to get them off the server and help others have a good time.
Why I am a good pick for this role:
1) Many players know me; part of the community
2) Have experience as a moderator (ddnet vanilla servers)
Lastly, I am perfectly fine not getting accepted, but someone should step up to the plate and try to make the DDnet USA community a better place for others.
