Application as an Ingame-Moderator

For me, a nice and friendly environment is key for fun and fluent gameplay. In my opinion this is achieved by having a friendly and well united community. By this application as an ingame moderator of the German DDNet servers, I'm asking to be part of a team to consolidate the invisible bond of this great community.
Hello, and thanks for taking an interest on this post.
I'm Shiro, 22 years old and I'm an bavarian Teeworlds enthusiast from Germany, and my story begins with some background information about how I came around DDNet.
My devotion began at the age of roughly fifteen. Back in the days my brother would always show me new and interesting games to take a look at. Among them was the most time-consuming and - on the first glimpse very simple looking game that I've ever played. It's name: Teeworlds.
Long story short, I instantly fell in love the first time I understood the core concept of racing maps. Back then they weren't as nice looking and fancy as today, but they were very effective. I'd play for hours non-stop day after day. And at this point, nothing has changed.
We all know haters, trolls, truly malicious people, ruining or hinder our world of constant flow. But did you know that those people can actually be nice and friendly under certain circumstances? Everybody is different, and everybody acts differently, given their surroundings. This moderating team is on a never ending task to ensure and balance the needed conditions for all Tees to be able to have fun - not just wasted time of anger etc.
I'm offering to you my practical knowledge of years of moderating and helping out different kinds of servers and communities - on forums and in-game, to achieve said goals. I spent big parts of my free-time educating (mostly younger) players on behaving properly when interacting with people online. Most of the time I could be glad that they were then be able to find their parts in great communities.
I'm hoping to soon be a part of this team, and until then: Keep racin'.
Edit: I changed my IGN to "Meldon" this year as there were too many people called Shiro.
