This applys to every second of the current mods. So how can this be a reason against some persons and not relevant for other persons?
We should rather take care of bad mods, than making more wrong decissions. Also I don't think it applys to every second mod, just to a few.

How do you want to take care about bad mods if two of them are in the council which decides about this? Doesn't make sense at all.

Do you mean me? Well you could take care of the bad mods in council too before you take care about the other ones.

soonly there will be a ddnet mod test, it takes 30 minutes and you have to answer every question perfectly.
so there is an objective way to rate mod skills. *sarcasm off*

hi_leute_gll if we would only take perfect people as moderators, we had an empty staff. we all are just human with different personal skills. please let us be human and allow to not be perfect.
if there are big issues about ddnet staff, you can still talk to admins/other mods and we (ddnet) will work on a solution.

Not possible. Council won't kick itself.

Thanks for giving an example why you are one of these. You are trolling and spoiling every kind of discussion in this forum with useless posts and provoke people who are known to attack DDNet in various ways. Exactly the opposite of a good Mod.

There aren't more reliable Mods than a year ago.

That's a lie. You don't. That's the point of my posts.

Well gdin is the head of the council, so he could do it and add new guys.

We work on a solution, but somehow it's hard to come to a result, because most responsible people are inactive.

Why should dinner kick the council he intruduced just months ago? He made the council, because people complained about his decisions. Now he shall admit he did wrong decisions again? Won't happen.

Why are these people still responsible if they are inactive? Why don't you clean up the staff and remove the inactive ones? It won't hurt anyone.
I know how hard it is to get these results. Certain people make these processes very slow, cause they care more about their own rank than about their tasks. Also I know there are even admins who hesitate to tell their opinions, cause they fear arguments with annoying people. But then you need to remove these people instead of adding the next idiots as done with the council.

We will give inactive mods an inactive tag in the future (peronsally I would just completely remove them). I think the problem is that the Admins think that those inactive people don't steal anyones place and it's hard to find replacements.

Edit:

Well I agree on his points. If you are a Moderator you are a role model. You shouldn't troll and give the impression that it's a good thing. It's also realy unfair to require mod applys to be active while you don't care about that anymore, when they become actuall mods.

Well. This makes no sence. In my point i think i know enough about ddnet and i can answer questions which players would ask me.
I will make another application later when new system will be on or something. And i dont really get what for do i make an application. If someone just reads it and puts "+1", but after everybody thinks its good, but no one of councils contact me and has like "interview". they just say. "So.... Your application is good, but we cant take you because of that..... and we have our reasons which we wont tell you about. kos just... no one cares. thats it .. sorry (*:" thats what it looks like in ddnet community. They dont take serious care about this stuff. At first i was happy that everybody liked my app and was waiting for interview, but no,"we have reasons"
