In-Game Mod Application

Hi. A few months ago (~5) I made an application, and got rejected by dinner. Yesterday Ninjed suggested that I post another application.
You all know me as BamBam. I am 11 years old, going on twelve in a few days.
Since Acadia was removed, and Broken is quitting soon, and gdin isn't super active, there won't be anyone really to guide ddnet NA.
Time you can Invest: A good amount of hours every day. (3-6) Some days I'm out with my family most of the day but I can still usually get some time in.
Task(s) you would like to do: In-game moderator, help people in-game, stop arguments and spam, and act on trolls/jerks.
Why would you be good for this position: I think that I would be good for this because I am usually tact (unlike a few months ago when I was a wild boar
) And have pretty good judgement, and am a natural leader. Most people on NA I get along with (except MusLee, he always calls me a noob) and some people think I would be good for this role.

The NA communities are pretty friendly - I don't really think there's a need for more helpers or mods.

I don't think NA needs helpers or mods, community is really small and friendly. As dinner said before, you can help people without helper access.

That was 5 months ago bro, I have changed alot. And there will be a need once Broken quits, then it will just be dinner who isn't that active.

Considering that I was demoted for being inexperienced and too young, I don't think you would meet their qualifications.
This is a reply to the statement that you made after, BamBam. Dinner private messaged me saying that I lack sufficient experience to become a moderator, which is in direct correlation to age. You are completely juvenile if you think you can make outlandish claims based on idiotic assumptions. Also, your statement about spending a few hours on NA servers EVERY DAY is COMPLETELY false, I play all day and if I see you, it's about once every 2 weeks, most of the time an even longer timespan in between.

You were demoted for being irresponsible with mod, not for being too young. I thought gdin made that clear.

is a factor, since it can impair judgment.
Anyway, I agree that BamBam has gotten much better in terms of maturity, staying calm, etc, and I think he would make an alright mod. However, after Acadia's trial and the situations that generally occur in the NA servers, mods really aren't all that needed. Pepe's statement is very correct:

So for now, I'd like to leave NA as it is - don't fix something that isn't broken. If help is
really needed at some point, mods from other regions can be called to the situation.
