Hey there, I am pixel from the German servers, maybe you know me. I am 13 year old and I play teeworlds since 2 years. I started on Saturday the 14th of June in the year 2014. The first whole year I didn’t know the mod DDrace, I just played the mod iDDrace on my clan server. That’s why I know the basic commands from the rcon consol.
Why I wand to be a helper is because

1) I often see people who are raging at others. – Some people are playing in teams and they are pretty fast. Suddenly one fails and the other is raging hard at him. – This people should get muted! This game is fun, not just raging at others!

2) In about every server are people trolling or blocking other tees. – A good example is: I was playing the map “Banta” and I was near the end. There such a blocker came to me and blocked me. Then I had to do again some parts and this took me a lot time with dummy. I know I could go team, but I found no mate and with dummy this one part was hard. I tried to kick him but the other people on the server didn’t press “F3”. After some time I could kick him but it really took me long time. – This people shall get kicked after a warning.

3) Sometimes some people are voting an other map while you are racing and the map get changed. – In the last week I often saw people they were voting an other map while I and my mate was racing. We wrote that in the chat, but the map still got changed. – Sometimes it would be good to force a map vote yes or no.

4) Fakers – Everyone know them, they are really annoying. As example again: I sometimes see some of my friends online in the server and I want to tell them a “secret” that not everyone should know. After 5 minutes they still didn’t answered me and I recognized that they are a faker. – Such people are really annoying and they should get kicked after a warning.

That are the 4 main reasons why I want get an in-game-helper.

Good format and organization, but sadly I think you shouldn't be helper. You aren't very well known, and your english isn't that good.
Try to be more involved and build up more skill, then ask again (like a few months)

I hate people using this as a valid reason. English is meant as a communication "tool" and its not needed to write perfect correct english as long as the language is understandable. Well from what I see pixel is able to use english in a good way (there are mods having worse english skills).

We could set up another rule requiring to speak flawless german since most players are from germany. That would not solve the problem here but you BamBam would fail for sure.

Perhaps you can add some further anecdote with your interaction with pixel.

Hmm no one cares for that topic? I don't want push it, but I wait for an answer now since 3 Month.

I guess you are too young, also we already have alot of european mods
