Hello,

Everything worked fine the past 2 months. But now, I have a problem with some DDNet server. When I connect, I get directly stuck in the scoreboard instead of the classic information board. And I can't control my tee anymore. All i can do is use the chat and commands (like /kill or /spec...).

Even worse, When I try to /spec, I looks like my tee and another player's tee were swapped (name + skin) !!! But it's obviously not real and just a graphical bug. I can see the name of the true player in the scoreboard and his correct name is announced by the server message like "player has arrived in 12min 5sec". I can control the swapped tee but the camera is stuck at the start with the scoreboard display. Sometimes, I don't even see myself (like a ghost) but I see the bullets when i shoot / hook. It can be resolved sometimes when reconnecting if some player leave for example.

OS: Ubuntu 18.04.3

DDnet used to say it's Vanilla Compatible but i think that's changed, i suggest you try the DDnet Client.

I just tried with Teeworlds 0.6.5 and it works fine for me. Can you describe which DDNet servers it happens with? Maybe it depends on the map?

Yesterday I tried around 50 servers, it seems very random, doesn't depend on map / difficulty / server title (GER or GER2 may don't work...).
I retried today, seems that none of the DDNet server is working now!! The other mods (not DDrace) seems to work fine.

Yep, I can confirm. This is mostly likely caused by Learath2's sixup change to support Teeworlds 0.7. Progress will be tracked in https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet/issues/2318

Update: Should be fixed once servers are done restarting in ~1 day.
