hammer problems

Good afternoon. Approximately after updating to 12.8.0, a problem arose: I can’t hit the tee with a hammer when I throw it. it looks like problems with ping, but this happens on all servers, with other players and with my dummy. antipyping does not help. on the demo it looks like ping, I hit the hammer late. but this never happened before when the server ping to 60.
I tried:
1). delete the teeworlds folder from roaming and download an older version;
2) according to deen's advice on the forum "Some things to try: Disable vsync, set fsaa to 0, cl_refresh_rate 0, gfx_refresh_rate 0, inp_mouseold 1, cl_predict 1."
Nothing helped. I ask for help, I spent 10 years on this game and I can’t just drop everything.

This sounds a lot like antiping or your connection having jitter, maybe your ISP changed something (for the worse) recently. Try ctrl-shift-d ctrl-shift-g and take a screenshot of the graph. Have you tried setting up a LAN server?

Below are the screenshots you requested. I didn’t do LAN settings because I don’t know how.
P.S.
I noticed that things became much better after I re-soldered the mouse button (as it turned out, it occasionally turned off, unnoticed in this game). Could this be the problem? Visually, the hammer hit was at the press of a button. I discovered a problem with the mouse by accident.
P.S.S
Sorry. some kind of madness is going on with the pictures

Don't see any network problems from this graph. I guess it was your mouse button then.
