spikes in my predvalue

Hi everyone,

I was wondering of someone could tell me which problem i am facing. i just get random spikes in my pred value from 40 to like 200 and sometimes it stays stable at 70- 80. every few minutes it happens and i don't know why. i don't think it is the isp. and the settings on ddnet are good too. gfx and cl_refresh_rate are both 0 as suggested. can someone give some advice or something.

Shut down other programs, other computers, use LAN cable instead of wifi.

i only use teeworlds, and i got a lan cable :O maybe that some cellphones are using the wifi but can that matter that much?
