Hallo guys,
I need some help. Im playing Teeworlds with my Laptop. The Laptop has 2 Graficcards, onboard and GeForce gpu. When i Play with the shitty onboard graficcard Teeworlds works with 700fps, but if i Start Teeworlds with the GeForce gpu the fps is locked at 300. Maybe someone Coups help Me, thx.

Lower the graphics settings in your GPU driver, disable FSAA in client settings. (I just noticed that enabling FSAA feels like it increases latency by 1-2 frames)
Try F1, gfx_refresh_rate 0, cl_refresh_rate 0. But I'm not sure why you want to waste energy to calculate frames that are not shown anyway. You should disable FSAA, enable VSync and everything should be great.
