Problem in DDNet!(Mistery Fox)

Post by britishtea »

Hello DDnet Community,

We all know he was hired as a moderator. He only makes anger. Whenever I join the server where he is I'm instantly get banned.I really have no idea what his problems are.... If he has problems, then he should say it and do not accidentally banish me. Could you please manage your moderators? It's no fun anymore, since you have only stupid moderators.
Either you are looking for people with brain, which can also handle their permissions decently or you simply do not give them a moderator password!!! I hope we can solve the problem. I would like to hear his own statement.

Best regards

britishtea

Moderators and administrators have the final say on anything.
If you have a problem, you may make a complaint to them directly and not publicly on the forum.

Why does everybody ignore this rule? I guess because nobody knows it and because we don't punish it.

This seems to be a trollpost, maybe we should delete it.

Maybe we should specify the user Guidelines. You are not supposed to write a message to mystery fox, but do an admin, who can rule the situation, so admins can argue about the issue about the moderator.

There is currently no one responsible for forum moderation*, so I guess it's quite obvious why rules don't really matter.

There is currently only one admin/council member you can contact about such things and expect a serious answer. But anyway he can't do very much as long as the other responsible persons just don't care, thus public postings are the only way to get attention for a problem and force consequences.

*Index is responsible only for Map Bugs and Tutorials (which is good that he moderates them), but not for bad behaviour.

Because nobody cares, Im corneum recently was removed from moderators. That is exactly how "no one responsible" works.

Imo the council should decide about mods, since it is also selecting them.

From now on please do not post publicly on complaints about staff members, give someone on the admin team a PM or a message on discord, we'll handle it and give you feedback. Public posts lead to nothing but witch hunts.

Is there a specific person in the admin team who has ignored you or gave you a mocking answer when you came to them with such a problem? Who are these responsible other persons?

Currently the council makes decisions and the people who have server access execute the decisions. Both sides of the chain have active people on them so not like things are going unseen.
