I want to know how much data volume do i need for playing teeworlds for 1 hour and does it redownload the maps every time? Can i reduce it by deactivaiting details or something else?

Maps are cached in downloadedmaps directory. Only the ones you don't have need to be redownloaded. 100 kbit/s should be an upper limit for playing, but it depends on how full the server is. On an empty server I measure 30 kbit/s, on a full one 80 kbit/s. You can press ctrl-shift-d and read the send and recv values.
