And the problem is probably that o-tee-one has admin since he runs the CAN server and can just read the admin pw. Sounds like a good time to talk to him or remove the CAN server if the hoster isn't trustworthy. (assuming the story is true of course, haven't verified logs)

You are SP | Someone and the whole story is that you do harassment, racism, block, ban bypass, insults, fun votes and other annoying things for all players doing races these last days on USA DDNet official servers. Why not talk about your fun votes kick / spectate on players that are near the end when you are at the start, just online since like 5 minutes ? About freezehammer, did you told that you tried to block players and me for nothing ? I've just calmed the game, and i'm pretty sure that angelbroz can confirm cause we were playing together. I had to temporary disable vote kick and vote ban cause of your fun votes, 2 or 3 times these last 7 days. You missed a lot in your story, that's so bad that you waste our time with shits like this.
