Fifo is quite basic, if you manage to use the econ, you will manage to use the fifo console too.

Fifo is for "First In First Out", basically there is a file created by the server, and you simply echo commands in it, for example you open a console and basically write "echo broadcast Testing the fifo > yourfifofile.fifo" and you are good to go.
