Want do you think of all these 'regional' TW sites?

There are many language specific unofficial TW communities around the world.

some of these feel very sketchy/shady & want money for BOTs, others seem nice with a clean layout & easy to use interfaces, sense we english speakers seem to develop TW for the most part it seems like they are leeches for the most part.
