What's your budget? What're your goals? Are you trying to color match (seems like you're going for black except for the RAM)? Did you make sure to select your region on ppp.com? What games are you going to play on it? What about in-store deals (for example, Micro Center in the US has the best CPU+mobo deals)? More details, the more help you're going to get.
Upgrade the 1060 to 1070. You're spending >1,000US$. The 1070 is the best bang for the buck by far, so try not to get 1060 or 1080.
Since you're asking for an "expert," my guess is that you're not very experienced. Liquid cooling is cool, but it's more expensive and problems can get really messy. You should go with
http://pcpartpicker.com/product/93Crxr/ ... -cooler-h7 because it's the best bang for the buck. This is the most popular CPU cooler by far. The CPUs (usually) come with a cooler anyway and the stock coolers are enough.
Change the SSD to Samsung, read reviews on anandtech.com for SSDs, like here (though this website is kind of going down hill, so I wouldn't recommend it so much for the future):
http://www.anandtech.com/show/9799/best-ssds (check prices on ppp.com)
... and since you're spending >1,000US$, I would recommend looking at some of the newer motherboards that's (more?) compatible with M.2 SSDs. If you look at M.2 SSD benchmarks, they completely blow everything else away. Samsung is by far the best for SSDs (except very rare, few specific needs, Intel). You want at least 200GB here for this kind of budget.
Why is the RAM so expensive? Look at the number of reviews/stars it has (only 9 reviews on ppp.com, look at other websites too), get something cheaper. Make sure it's DDR4. Any known brand should be fine and 70US$ should be more than enough instead of the 100US$ one you have in your build.
I can't comment too much on the CPU because I'm not familiar with the latest generation. But, if you want the computer to be more future-proof, get an unlocked CPU (it will have a "K" at the end of the model name, so like Intel Core i7-6700K), but really, even the unlocked should last you at least 4-5 years of technology... probably. Like I said, details on what you want from your build would be helpful, especially for the CPU.
Nobody's going to look inside your computer. If something's cheaper and better, forget color matching.
As for the mouse, I hope you've tried it before. I don't know that particular model, but personally trying different mice in a store makes a lot of difference in your choices. Try your friends' mice. Get optical, never laser.
I can't comment too much on monitor because I don't know that one, so you should spend more time to make sure it would work well. Not only that, it seems like this is a serious build, so you might want to save some more money for a $400 monitor maybe. You can't have a tank computer but forget about your eyes so you under perform in games. Just remember that your eyes play an important part.
Even though I wrote a lot, you didn't do a terrible job. Well, I had to write a lot because you didn't really provide any details. I think you could have spent more hours on researching and maybe several minutes on highly voted builds on ppp.com to see what people (don't) go for. This is a lot of money you're spending. Some people are not fortunate enough to even dream of this kind of build, so make sure you do a thorough job beforehand. For example, look at this:
https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/zPLrxr/g ... ming-build
You can already see that the CPU and the GPU are a step up from your build, yet the build is slightly cheaper. This build isn't perfect though, especially with the SSD, case, and mobo.
All in all, my guess is that you want to play something like Overwatch at 144+ FPS at high settings and maybe stream at an okay resolution (this will likely be more like 200 FPS, so even the most intense fights in the laggiest maps should be fine). If you want to play only TW at 144+ FPS, you can spend less than $500.
