Stop removing/changing the subject in each of your posts please, imp. I like it this way.
I read these posts in a newsreader, and it's hard to follow when someone changes the subject. Re lets me know that it's a response to an existing thread and which one.

I think it would be best when you reply that you only see the threads name and not how the replier called his subject

Because when it's not "permitted" to write in the subject what you want then you can totally remove it

True, because it's not needed to repeat the subject every post, at least for guys who don't have alzheimer :]

In my opinion a thread needs a stable title that's always shown in the menu and optionaly you should be able to make subtitles in following posts. But always the same subtitle is needless, rather requires a lot of space which expands every post

When someone replies there its status is updated anyway and you notice it fast due to the new-post-icon

And: The Re: thing only works for the first post, when you reply to post #9 it still will say Re: xxx . Just saying
